বর্তমান বিশ্বের অধিকাংশ মুসলিম রাষ্ট্রের মুসলিম নাগরিকগণ ইসলামের মৌল বাণী “ লা – ইলাহা ইল্লাল্লাহ ” এর সঠিক অর্থ সম্পর্কে অবগত নয় । এই পবিত্র বাণীর মর্মার্থ সম্পর্কে অবগত নয় বলেই তারা তাদের জীবণে কালেমার সঠিক শিক্ষা বাস্তবায়ন করতে পারেনি । শুধু তাই নয় , তারা কালেমা তায়্যেবার মর্মার্থের সরাসরি বিরােধী কাজ তথা বড় বড় শির্কেও লিপ্ত হচ্ছে ।

মাজারে সেজদা করাসহ শির্কের এমন কোন প্রকার নেই যাতে এক শ্রেণীর নামধারী মুসলিম লিপ্ত হচ্ছেনা । সাধারণ মানুষ থেকে শুরু করে মুসলিম উম্মার এক শ্রেণীর আলেমদেরও তাওহীদ ও শির্ক সম্পর্কে স্বচ্ছ ধারণা নেই । যার ফলে তারা জাতিকে নির্ভেজাল তাওহীদের প্রতি আহবান করতে সক্ষম নয় । কিন্তু তাদের মধ্যে হতে ইসলামের ভালবাসা উঠে যায়নি ।

তারা চায় জাতিকে পরিপূর্ণ মুসলিম হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে ও মদীনার ইসলামী রাষ্ট্রের ন্যায় একটি ইসলামী সমাজ ব্যবস্থা তৈরী করতে । অথচ এ সমস্ত ইসলামী কাফেলার নেতা – কর্মীদের মধ্যে তাওহীদের সঠিক জ্ঞান না থাকার কারণে তারা জাতিকে সঠিক পথে পরিচালিত করতে পারছেনা । নবী ( সাঃ ) যেভাবে দ্বীনের দাওয়াত দিয়েছেন , যে পদ্ধতি তিনি অনুসরণ করেছেন , সে সম্পর্কে তাদের কোন ধারণা নেই ।

ফলে মুসলিম যুব সমাজ আজ হাতাশাগ্রস্ত । তারা তাওহীদের শিক্ষা অর্জন না করে এবং তাদের ব্যক্তি , পারিবারিক ও সামাজিক জীবণে ইসলামের মূল শিক্ষা বাস্তবায়ন না করেই রাষ্ট্রীয়ভাবে ইসলামকে বিজয়ী দেখতে চায় এবং যে কোনভাবে রাষ্ট্রীয় মতা দখল করে ইসলাম প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে চায় । অথচ এটি নবী – রাসূলদের পদ্ধতি নয় । সকল নবীই সর্বপ্রথম তাওহীদের দাওয়াত দিয়েছেন । (Pdf Books)

আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে মানুষের সকল ভুল – ভ্রান্তি সংশােধন করতে আজীবণ সংগ্রাম করেছেন । সর্বশেষ নবী মুহাম্মাদ ( সাঃ ) ও একই পথ অনুসরণ করেছেন । নবুওয়াতের তেরটি বছর তিনি মক্কা নগরীতে নানা বাধা বিগ্নতা ও নির্যাতন সহ্য করে তাওহীদে দাওয়াত দিয়েছেন । কিন্তু পরিতাপের বিষয় এই যে , বর্তমানে ইসলামী দল ও সংগঠনগুলাের কর্মকান্ডের প্রতি গভীরভাকে দৃষ্টিপাত করলে দেখা যাবে তারা তাওহীদের প্রতি বেশী গুরুত্ব দিচ্ছেনা ।

ক্ষমতায় যাওয়ার জনই তাদের অধিকাংশ মেধা ও শ্রম ব্যয় হচ্ছে । বর্তমান প্রেক্ষাপটে মুসলিম উম্মার আলেম ও দ্বীনী সংগঠনের কর্মীদের করণীয় সম্পর্কে যুগ শ্রেষ্ঠ ভিজ্ঞ আলেম আল্লামা মুহাম্মাদ নাসির উদ্দীন আলবানী ( রঃ ) যে দিক নির্দেশনা দিয়েছেন , অত্র পুস্তি কায় আমরা তা পাঠক সমাজের সামনে তুলে ধরছি । পুস্তিকাটি পড়ে পাঠক সমাজ উপকৃত সংশােধন হয় তবেই আমার শ্রম সার্থ হয়েছে । বলে মনে করব ।

Introduction :-Muslim citizens of most Muslim countries in the world today are not aware of the true meaning of the basic message of Islam, “La-ilaha illallah.” Not being aware of the meaning of this holy word, they could not implement the correct teachings of Kalima in their lives. Not only that, they are also engaged in acts that are directly against the meaning of Kalema Tayyiba and also in big shirk.

There is no such thing as shirk, including prostrating in a shrine, so that a class of nominal Muslims is not involved. From the common people to a class of scholars of the Muslim Ummah, there is no clear idea about Tawheed and Shirk. As a result, they are not able to call the nation to pure Tauhid. But the love of Islam did not rise among them.

They want to build the nation as a full-fledged Muslim and create an Islamic social system like the Islamic State of Medina. However, due to the lack of knowledge of Tawheed among the leaders and workers of these Islamic caravans, they are not able to lead the nation in the right path.

They have no idea about the way the Prophet (peace be upon him) preached the religion, the way he followed it.The Muslim youth society is frustrated today. They want to see Islam as victorious in the state without acquiring the teachings of Tauhid and without implementing the basic teachings of Islam in their personal, family and social life and to establish Islam by seizing state power in any way. All the prophets were the first to call for Tauhid. People have struggled all their lives to correct all the misconceptions about God. The last Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) followed the same path. Thirteen years of his prophethood, he endured various obstacles and persecutions in the city of Makkah and preached Tawheed.

But it is a matter of regret that a closer look at the activities of the Islamic parties and organizations at present shows that they do not attach much importance to Tauhid. People who are going to power are spending most of their talent and labor.

In the present context, we are presenting to the readers the guidance given by Allama Muhammad Nasir Uddin Albani, the best scholar of the age, on the duties of the Muslim Ummah and the workers of the religious organizations.
